How Do I Place An Order?

Click on my Etsy Shop and it will redirect you to my page.

There you can place an order and also send me a message if you need.

Payment and Shipping

I accept paypal and Etsy credit.

My pieces will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days and will be packed inside of a hand-crafted pillow box and mailing box, to make sure nothing is damaged.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

As soon as the payment is order is placed, I receive an email and usually stat working on it within 24 hours.

When payment is confirmed, the order should be shipped in 1 to 3 business days and you will get a confirmation email with tracking number.

I always add insurance to all orders; no signature required.

Returns & Refunds

You wil receive the exact same item you ordered, unless you have asked for any adjustment ( lenght, color, material...).

I chek all my pieces to make sure nothing is damaged before I box and ship them.

If you ever have any problem when you receive your item, please contact me and I will make sure to work something out.

I work from home and use a lot of raw stones and materials, so some beads might be slightly different due to its nature.
